I think I do. It’s hard for money to motivate me, but extra free time sure does. It’s been a goal to create some semi-passive income streams this year. So far, the shop is up (P-Fest merch coming soon!) and furthering pattern licensing is on the docket for the fall. HBU? How many income streams do you have?

Do people still do Friday introductions?!

I’ll tell you what, it’s been way too long since I’ve shared my face on this carefully curated matrix of squares.

For all the new faces following, here are five little facts about me:

📚 I have a secondary ed degree and love teaching whenever I can.
☕️ “Always say yes to afternoon coffee” is my mantra, but I’m trying to limit my intake which has been a bit of a bummer.
🫑 Vegetable gardening is my new favorite hobby. I find it incredibly refreshing after designing on a computer screen all day.
🎧 I LOVE podcasts and am always searching for a new fave. Any recommendations?
🍰 If I was going to invest in another business right now, it would be a gluten free/dairy free/nut free bakery. We just need more of them!

The sunny blue skies here in Central IL has me feeling patience. ☀️

Still working on my morning routine over here. I’m getting up and sitting at my desk right away. But this week I decided to implement reading a bit first, making hot lemon water or coffee, and then begin working. So far, so good.

I’ve been letting my personal creative practice go these past few weeks, so I’m hoping to implement that back in somehow.

Until then, enjoy this little unused concept. ⛳️

Often times I don’t get to see final tangible prints or products as they get shipped directly to clients, but I’m trying to put files into mockups so they appear a little less flat and a little more real. 😉
