💁🏼‍♀️ Let’s talk brow touch ups.

Cosmetic tattooing is intentionally done in a way to give room for touch ups in the future. We WANT gradual fading and softening over time. Yes, it’s still a tattoo and technically ‘permanent.’ But if we tattooed your brows in a way that never needed touched up in the future - you’d end up with over saturated, odd colored, stuck with this shape forever brows. Pigment settles into the skin and oxidizes over time leaving the color less vibrant and cooler toned than it started. This can frequently result in blue/gray brows, or blown out shapes.

So we want to give room for that color to be warmed up and adjustments to be made at touch ups. This client’s brows had last been done almost 2 years ago. She was actually the first model I worked on with over 2 years ago! We transitioned her from a microblading combo brow to full nano. This should give her another 18-24 months before needing another touch up.
