On January 17,2024, the staff at Spanish Key Condominium saved a life. One of the construction contractors went into cardiac arrest and thanks to the fast thinking of our employees, they were able to save his life. This was a group save. Sherman and Melissa administered CPR and an AED(automated external defibrillator), while Brian made sure gates were open and the elevator was locked open for emergency personnel to reach the patient quicker. Thank you Sherman, Melissa, and Brian for your quick thinking. Spanish key presented this award Saturday at the homeowners meeting. Sherman and Melissa were also awarded the Zoll Heros for life award.

UPDATE: Water is back up.
Spanish Key has been contacted by the water authorities. There is a busted main water line on the island causing low pressure in the condo. Please be patient as they work to resolve this issue. This is effecting the entire island and not just Spanish Key Condominium . We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
