We have transitioned to “Child Like Faith Mentoring,” an organization for the future of our youth. Accelerating Futures is changing will offer solution based care to families using wrap-around-care services.

We are preparing for the Point in Time count 2025.
Such an important effort every year to accurately (as close as possible) count our unhoused population.
Knowing a baseline, does so much for this at risk population. The counties can be better prepared to serve them with the necessary resources.
