Memas meatballs went out to super dirt week, and helped out our friends Talk of the Town in their food trailer, be on the lookout they will be opening up the restaurant in weedsport soon!!

We had the opportunity to meet the guys Bigfellascuse probably the most unique dry rub i have ever had on wings. Excellent food and atmosphere...if you get out to Syracuse please check them out. My wife ordered the chicken from pound town burger. There are 2 restaurants that share a space her food was also incredible. Give them a try...

Always experimenting with new ideas. Here is are some steak tips over a smashed garlic chedder yellow potato....when you cook from the heart food just tastes better..

All of us at memas meatballs hope you were able to enjoy your holiday weekend. We also hope you were able to reflect on the reasons we celebrate. Our brother PFC Patrick A DeVoe killed in action 3/08/09 leaving behind a one year old daughter. She is now about to graduate from high school.... honor, respect and never forget...

Went to the roc today for lunch, we have been wanting to try this place that we heard about... let me tell you the Vodka Parm chicken cutlet sub was incredible. ... the place was super busy, the staff was very nice and we spent some time talking to the owner....super nice people...amazing food.... the dessert was so good that we went back in to get more before we went home. We snagged a pepperoni pizza to try later tonight...if you are ever out that way check them out... I mean how could we not go...my wife is a Capone!! We will definitely be back!!!
