Riverside Middle School Archery Team
The Riverside Middle School Archery Team is made up of 6th, 7th and 8th graders that compete locally, statewide and nationally through the NASP program.
Riverside Archery continues to grow and develop young students not only into great archers but also into student-athletes of character and honesty. We challenge them to set high goals and expectations for themselves, pushing them to reach deep down, to achieve their goals and test their limits.
The RMS Bulldogs are headed back to the SC State Tournament for Bullseyeye and 3D!!! This is a very young team but they have been working very hard to keep improving as a team. We will be shooting on Thursday, March 28 at the SC State Fairgrounds vs. 14 teams from across SC. Congratulations also goes out to our four ASD4 elementary and PHS teams for qualifying for both tournaments! LET’S GO DOGS!!!!

A few pics from the 2022 SC Archery in the Schools Program NASP State Tournament.
Yesterday the 2022 SC NASP State Tournament wrapped up with the middle school division. RMS had a very good day by placing 4th in 3D. We also had the 5th place female, Halee Martin with a couple of others placing in the top 10, Leeza Zherikova and Hunter Pointer. In Bullseye, we increased our qualifying score and finished in 2nd place. Bailey Ezell finished as the 9th place female out of 153 girls. It was a great season and we look forward reloading the team next year. GO DOGS!!!
Tonight I feel it right for us to remember two situations; we need to remember and lift up Tanglewood Middle School community and Gilbert Middle School archery team for one of their archers. We will celebrate our state tournament accomplishments tomorrow.
