Do to my wife's illness and passing, i haven't had much time for the shop. Hope spring will be more productive.

My wife Eileen has been in the hospital for the last week. I have been home to go to the rock shop. She is getting better and may get to go home next Monday. Have a wonderful Halloween 🎃

In my rocks set aside for cutting i cut a rough looking somewhat round rock. It turned out to be copralite not the usual reds and pinks i find, but kind of a baby p**p color. Very nicely agatized. Copralite dinosaur dung 💩

Some of our turquoise, we need to concentrate on cabbing and silver work.

Cutting some Kingman turquoise we bought about 4 yrs ago.

Planning to give lessons in making cabochons later this fall. We have been working on getting more organized. Cutting lots of slabs so we have material to work with. If it works out maybe we will do some silver Smithing classes. If we get interest.

Going to spend the weekend of the 4th trying to organize the shop and cutting some rocks. Have to give my daughters hands on experience using the saws without me. Someday I won't be able to do it anymore.
