The miniCROC bike ride (formerly 3-day CROC) is a 1-day bicycle ride in beautiful Eastern Oregon. This ride is a fundraiser for our club.
The Mini CROC bike ride is a fun, fully supported 1-day bicycle ride up Cabbage Hill (Old Emigrant Rd) in the blue mountains of Eastern Oregon. We also give money back to the community in the form of youth-based wellness grants.
In the years 1840-1850, more than 50,000 emigrants travelled the section of the Oregon trail in which one settler, Edward Evans Parrish quoted in his journal as "the worst road yet." He was referring to the long road down from Deadman Pass to the Umatilla river valley. On May 25th, the miniCROC heads UP the longest descent on the Oregon trail for our epic one day bike event! Registration is now open for the much anticipated mini-CROC in Pendleton! Plan on an adventurous Memorial Day weekend biking with friends up Cabbage Hill and along beautiful Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon! MiniCROC cancellation notice
The Mini-CROC is CANCELLED.
Pendleton on Wheels (POW) has been monitoring the increasing restrictions put in place to mitigate the corona virus pandemic and regretfully announce the cancellation of the 2020 mini-CROC ride scheduled for May 23, 2020.
We thank those who registered and we are working on getting your refunds processed. We will be sending an email to the address you provided when you registered explaining what to expect. We will notify motels who have provided discounts on lodging of the cancellation of the event, but encourage you to contact them to cancel your reservation.

The Mini CROC bike ride will bring a smile to your face! Join Pendleton on Wheels in an epic 62 mile ride up Cabbage Hill to Meacham and back. There will be fantastic food at the Blazing Saddles themed rest stop. This ride is fully supported.
