The SPC has issued the Portland metropolitan area a level 2/5 Slight Risk, the main threat of this weather pattern is wind and hail, now there is a BRIEF chance of tornados (2-4%) but if they do happen, it will NOT be strong. Please ignore the so called "meteorologists" that are just looking for clicks and engagements. Follow the trusted people.
