Evado at Nexton Parkway Apartments is located in Summerville, South Carolina. It is a 309-unit apartment development with an approximate construction cost of $59,000,000. The Project consists of Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartment units in (4) 4-story buildings. The amenities include a 2-story 6000 square foot clubroom, cybercafé, 2-story fitness center, multipurpose room, resident workspace, elevator and an upscale pool. There is also a separate garage gym for Olympic workouts. The primary buildings are 4-story, wood framed buildings and corner towers. Residents will enjoy gathering at a 4th story open air community balcony. In addition there are also garages with carriage units above.

The Lively at Victor Park is a 318 unit apartment development located in Greer, South Carolina. It consists of four, 4-story apartment buildings with elevators and six, 2-story Carriage Buildings. It includes a 3,689 square foot Community Center and a 3,200 square foot fitness center within two of the buildings. The development also includes a car care center, dog spa, resort style swimming pool and garage buildings. The project finished construction in November of 2023.
