When hiring an inspection company, make sure you hire one that is reputable!

Every house will have a list of repairs noted by an inspection company. But, when one makes note of something not being there while being present in the photo, it brings to question if that inspection company knows what they're doing. This also makes the rest of the inspection suspect.

As a side note, this was NOT an inspection company that I hired. This was a company hired by the buyers on my listing. They apparently think ridge vents are the only form of roof venting, and have never heard of or seen a roof louver, also called a turtle back vent (in the picture.)

The last buildable lot in Hamilton Proper is now pending!

I wonder what the house will look like that's going to be built on it....🤔 It's going to be a good one! I'll post pics later as the build starts and progresses.

Closed! This was a buyer that had tried to buy two other houses with another realtor with both purchases falling through, and called me asking for help. After looking at multiple houses and choosing this one, we got to work with negotiations. About a month later, and Ruth is the new owner of this INCREDIBLE home!
