It’s the last week of April and I haven’t posted for over a month 🙃

Combo brow - microblading + shading

I love how these turned out and can’t wait to build on them at the touch up!

Microblading only touch up ✨ she had great retention, but we went just a little bit darker this time around to keep definition in those strokes!

It’s the end of February and I need to catch up on this month’s brow photos! It has been a busy month, and I am so grateful 🫶🏼

Combo brow touch up ✨ she previously has had 2 appts, but at her initial appt we only did microblading strokes and she fills in her brows daily, so they ended up being too natural. She came back in for me to do another session of microblading plus machine shading and go a little bit darker and I am so happy she did! I think these will give her the filled in, but natural look she is going for.

Remember that microblading isn’t going to replace makeup completely if you normally wear a full face of makeup. Foundation and tinted moisturizer will cover the tattoo, so once you get your makeup on, take a q tip with makeup remover and swipe along the brow area and the pigment will show better. If it’s still not bold enough, you then can add light strokes with a brow pencil and it’ll take you no time at all. Plus they will always look the exact same because you have the tattoo underneath to use as a guide.

She got laser removal back in the summer to be able to start over on her brow journey. They healed great from her first appt and we tweaked just a few things at her touch up and they look beautiful on her!

Touch ups that I forgot to take before photos of 😅 the touch up is where the magic happens every time. They are necessary, because everyone’s skin heals differently. Once you get used to seeing yourself with your new brows, you end up getting more confidence to go a little bit darker at touch up! These photos are all immediately after the touch up appt, but they will still heal lighter under the skin and look very natural, but defined.

Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest impact! ✨
