The framing for the new bathroom is up! We're taking this one bedroom, one bath home to a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home!!

All the lovely paneling has been taken down, demo is complete + it's time to have some fun!!!

The flip that will always be the closest to our hearts is our first house.

We bought this home in February 2021 and did all of the renovations ourselves. This entailed late nights and long weekends. Lots of trial and error and a lot of learning. It’s the hardest thing we have ever done but it is what set us up for where we are now!

This house was previously owned by a family who started renovating, but couldn't follow through. It is so fortunate that some work has already been done for us! We are so excited about what's in store!

Hello 👋 We’re the Youngs! We wanted to introduce ourselves and share what’s been happening.

Jacob has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and heart to better the future of our family. He has a background in business and landscape architecture and owned his own very successful landscaping business in high school. He always knew he wanted to get into real estate and would be the best long-term for our family’s goals.

Elizabeth has a background in social media marketing and is passionate about connecting with others.

Combining these interests brings us to Flipping Young. We’re beginning our third flip, we’re the Youngs and we’re flipping young to be achieving these dreams we were so intimidated by.
