We’re proud to welcome Spencer Beard as our Sales Manager and Matt Franklin as our Operations Manager.

Spencer has spent years in the pest control industry with a strong focus on commercial sales, but his role at Encore goes beyond that. He’s leading our growth strategy across the board, residential and commercial.

Matt brings the operational structure and attention to detail that allows a growing company to scale without losing what makes it great.

When Encore started, we committed to building something intentional. The right systems. The right people. The right culture. Spencer and Matt represent exactly that.

I think it’s time to welcome the man you all know and love already! Mike has worked for me for years and he has always impressed me with his service.
