I am happy to announce the merging of Prowess Pest Control and Magic City Pest Control! I am excited to come together with another locally owned and operated small business to continue to serve you and your family. Prowess and Magic City share the same commitment to customer service that you are accustomed to. In fact, Magic City has been awarded the Best Pest Control in Birmingham the last two years!
I personally am very excited for this opportunity, and you can be rest assured that my team and I are still 100% involved. Wendy will continue in the office, while Bridgette and Jonathan will continue to provide quality service in the field. The only difference is that everything will be under the Magic City Pest brand and little by little you will meet and work with the Magic City Team. Expect to see more and more of the Magic City name and less and less of Prowess as we transition.
During the coming weeks we ask for your patience and grace as myself, Wendy, Bridgette and Jonathan are diligently working to make this a smooth transition!
