Coach Matt beatin’ up on the Clean-Squat-Split Press. (Pa Pa Massi barking out correction in the background). Matt sets up by taking the slack out of the bar prior to the take-off (initial pull) as to create maximal Angle of Deflection through the pull(s) to transition, then achieve oscillation and variable amplitude of the catch as to achieve relative force impulses which to overcome. It’s Alive! It’s Active Resistance! It’s time under a active tension. (T.U.A.T.). ‘Nuff said!
