One thing I’ve learned since starting Task & Dash is that people remember how you make them feel. 💙

Yesterday, one of my clients handed me this sweet handwritten note, and it honestly made my day.

A few weeks ago, I was helping coordinate her son’s graduation celebration. As part of the project, I made and gifted him a cheesecake to celebrate such a special milestone.

It wasn’t required.

I just wanted him to feel celebrated. And cheesecake is his favorite.

Anyone can complete a task list, but I never want Task & Dash to be just about checking boxes.

The tasks matter.

But the relationships matter more.

This little note reminded me exactly why I love what I do. 💙

Monday, my client texted and asked if I could come by because there were a few things around the house she needed help with.

MY thoughts?

Laundry.
A light reset.
Maybe some organizing.
A few errands.

NOPE. 😂

As always with Task & Dash, EXPECT the UNEXPECTED… because no two days and no two clients are ever the same.

Yesterday’s “few things” included:

✔️ Installing a tie rack in her husband’s closet
✔️ Diagnosing and fixing a refrigerator leak
✔️ Starting a pantry organization project
✔️ Starting a load of laundry
✔️ Taking out the trash
✔️ Delivering supplies I ordered for one of her work projects
✔️ Dropping off a package at the post office

And while all of that was happening, I was also planning her family’s vacation for next month.
That’s the part people don’t always see…

My clients aren’t hiring me for one task.

They’re hiring peace of mind. They’re hiring someone who can step in, solve problems, manage the details, and keep life moving when there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.

Most days, it’s a little bit of everything. 😂

When I left, the leak was fixed, the errands were done, the project was moving forward, the laundry was started, and she could finally exhale knowing it was handled.

That’s the HEART of Task & Dash.

Because people aren’t buying errands. They’re buying relief. They’re buying breathing room. They’re buying time back with their families. They’re buying the feeling of not having to carry everything alone.

And that feeling is PRICELESS.

As Task & Dash continues to grow, my availability for new client consultations has become increasingly limited.

Because I believe in providing a thorough consultation experience—not a rushed phone call—I dedicate time to learning your household, routines, challenges, and goals before making recommendations. That level of care takes time, and I never want it to come at the expense of the families and clients I currently serve.

For that reason, complimentary consultations will be ending this Friday.
