🧴 Dawn Powerwash Do’s & Don’ts 💧

Let’s talk about how to use Dawn Powerwash the right way because yes, there are do’s and don’ts!

✅ DO:
✨ Use it on non-porous surfaces like counters, glass stovetops, stainless steel, and sinks.
✨ Rinse thoroughly after spraying to avoid residue buildup.
✨ Try it on greasy messes it’s amazing at breaking down oils and grime fast!
✨ Refill bottles properly with the right ratio (don’t just top off with plain water).

❌ DON’T:
🚫 Use it on marble it can dull the finish or damage the seal.
🚫 Use it on painted cabinets the alcohol denat in the formula can strip or fade paint over time.
🚫 Use it on wood, cast iron, or unsealed surfaces.
🚫 Let it sit too long on surfaces; it’s powerful and can cause streaking.
🚫 Mix it with other cleaners especially bleach or ammonia-based products!

Just because it sprays easy doesn’t mean it’s safe for everything! Always test in a small area first clean smart and safe. 💙✨

⚠️ Big Note from the Cleaning Fairy:
Dawn Powerwash contains alcohol denat, which is great for cutting grease but too strong for certain painted finishes. Over time, it can soften or dissolve the paint’s protective layer, causing dull spots or peeling. So if your cabinets are painted or wooden skip the Powerwash and use a gentler, pH-neutral cleaner instead! 🧚‍♀️
