Below the Rim Meadery is officially closed for the winter season! Thank you everyone for supporting us during this crazy 2025 season! We have grown so much and have so many new fans, and that is primarily because of loyal people like you who have spread the word to your friends and communities. Please keep an eye out for more emails during our off season for tastings and events across the valley and the state. We look forward to more great things in the next year!

This weekends spooky cocktails!

🐝 Didn't make it up to the Below the Rim yet this year? Well this weekend is your last change until next April, and we are going to make it a doozy!

👻 Join us Friday for Happy Hour from 4-7PM featuring four new, one weekend only Halloween Themed cocktails!

🎃 Join us Saturday in your best costume as we celebrate Halloween with spooky games and activities + more creepy cocktails all day long.

🍿 Bring a sweater and stay late with us Saturday as will pull out the fire pits and the popcorn for Family Movie Night from 6-8PM!

🧛🏻 We will of course also be open Sunday until 6PM for our final day of the season, with brunch and mead-mosas from 10AM-2PM!

Catch THIS FRIDAY from 5-7PM! Happy hour is from 4-7 PM all day Friday with $2 off flights and $1 off pours + more live music coming at you this Saturday and Sunday!

Join us October 25th from 12-8 for spooky treats, music, cocktails, and games all day Saturday. Plus, a family movie night from 6-8 PM. Watch our instagram to for a poll this month to suggest and vote for your favorite halloween movie. Costumes are highly encouraged!

We are excited to announce that@jt_soriano_1 will be joining the line-up to perform on Friday from 5-7PM! Plus, don’t miss playing two sets for us on Saturday, and Darron Weston joining us Sunday during brunch.

Since the tasting patio is outdoors, we will be closing down for the winter season starting on October 26th. We will re-open in mid to late April, depending on weather. Please check our events schedule for tastings and festivals during the off season and don’t forget that you can still purchase our products across the valley and even on location by appointment.

Darron The Guitar Guy Weston Darron is Solo Guitarist/Vocalist that plays 50's, 60's, and 70's music. He also plays as a duo with Jeff Felske as D &J Live. Darron is available to play at your establishment or for your special private event.
