FINALLY! I’ve read inferno. I know the details of this crazy saga, and I gotta say, there’s a lot more to the story than I thought.

This is a happy place for me. One of the first things I was able to do after my surgery was get on my bike and explore. It was part of my PT, and I met the beautiful spirit that is this tree. I spent lots of time with her. Sitting in her branches, reading and enjoying the views. Visiting her was and is something to look forward to.

Yesterday I did just that for the first time since the fall to find her uprooted and in the water. My heart was broken. But we spent some time together and I plan to have some new adventures with her in her new form. (With a buddy in case I fall in the water- I’m looking at you )

Something that seems broken can still be beautiful. I am grateful for the time we had in the first phase of our friendship. Let’s see what this one brings 🤍🌳
