Second Serve Resale
We sell donated clothing to benefit customer-selected nonprofits for social impact. And for fun. Buy something- pick where the proceeds go!
Your clothes, your cause. Our vision is to connect buyers, donors, and nonprofits to promote resale as a tool for community transformation. We are working towards a day when clothing is maximized as a resource, continually re-used in a circular economy that is a win-win-win for the customer, the community, and the environment.

An un-boxing, sort of, of my 1993 wedding dress. I found it in the attic and decided to take it out, thinking that it would be wrapped in tissue or something, not sealed like a tomb in proper packaging. I'd like it to be an option for future daughter-in-laws, or future someones, or anyone who likes 1993 Laura Ashley lol.
Should I keep it in the packaging? I think once it is out I cannot put it back, or at least as well as it is now. I will for now.
But then how is anyone going to use it? I guess I need to make a decision!
Your thoughts and ideas are appreciated!

The pictures aren't great but this is what the dress looks like from the previous post-
1993 Laura Ashley dress with some sort of bustle/bow in the back. Everything was a drop waist back then (which actually is flattering) but I wanted a regular one for some reason.
That's my mom ❤️
I'm thinking about how to keep something like a wedding dress in use. Your thoughts are welcome!
