I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It’s out of this world! 👽 This trail requires 4x4 suv with a little clearance because there are some bigger bumps and dips in the road to start. If you don’t have 4x4 suv there is an unmarked small parking lot you can park and make the 4 mile round trip hike down to the columns. This is a beautiful place but there are times when the path is difficult to pass so check conditions before making the trip. The columns are not as exposed right now as this video (taken November 2023) and there is water inside the columns. : Edit- I visited Alviso Marina County Park for the first time the day I recorded this and didn’t know it was forbidden to walk on or touch the salt ponds. Since I saw so many people walking on them, even with a ranger nearby and no trespassing signs in sight, I assumed it was okay to do so. Thank you to everyone in the comments who kindly educated me about this. Please, if you visit, be mindful and avoid walking on the salt ponds. Just enjoy exploring from a distance. Caption- OMG! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this salt pond! I visited Alviso hoping to see the red ponds, but instead, the water had dried/drained up, revealing the salt beneath. It felt like stepping onto another planet! I made sure to go at sunset, and let me tell you, it was one of the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve seen!
