We do not accept customer-provided garments.

Our pricing is not based solely on the cost of the shirt itself. You are paying for the professional equipment, commercial-grade materials, production time, experience, and overall quality of the finished product — not just the blank garment.

If you are looking for a different style, brand, fit, or specialty blank, we can usually order additional options through our vendors. Please keep in mind that any upgraded or specialty garments will be charged accordingly based on the cost difference.

The only exception to our policy is for specialty items that we cannot source ourselves, such as certain custom-fitted sports uniform blanks. In those cases, customer-provided items may be approved on a case-by-case basis. However, we are not liable if something does not go as planned during the production process when using customer-supplied materials.
