Michael Alvarez,

When nonprofits came before the county requesting funding, there never seemed to be a concern about taxpayer dollars. Grants were approved, budgets increased, and funding requests moved forward with little hesitation.

Now, when citizens show up to voice concerns during public comment, we’re told that a few minutes of taxpayer-funded time is suddenly too expensive or too burdensome.

The people of Benton County deserve leaders who welcome public scrutiny, not leaders who treat community concerns as an inconvenience. Public comment is not a threat to government it is one of the most important functions of government.

Leadership means listening, even when the message is uncomfortable. Leadership means being accountable to the taxpayers who fund these institutions. Leadership means transparency, not dismissing the concerns of the very people you were elected to serve.

The voters of Benton County should pay close attention to how their elected officials respond when citizens ask questions and demand accountability.

This isn’t leadership. This is avoidance.

While they’re busy telling us why they deserve the job, I’m busy telling the community how they’ve been doing the job. 😂☕

Judge Jacqueline Stam,

I find it difficult to reconcile your public advocacy for increased funding to address violence, juvenile justice concerns, and community safety with court decisions that many families believe have produced the opposite result.

How can the public be expected to support additional funding aimed at preventing violence when courts continue making decisions that appear to place vulnerable children and families at risk?

How can we advocate for reducing violence while restoring firearm rights to individuals with troubling histories without the public having confidence that every safeguard has been thoroughly met?

How can we claim to prioritize child safety when parents continue coming forward with concerns that evidence of abuse, coercive control, or dangerous behavior was overlooked or minimized?

These questions matter because every decision made from the bench has real-world consequences. Families live with those consequences. Children live with those consequences. Communities live with those consequences.

The judiciary frequently asks the public to trust its judgment. Trust, however, is earned through consistency. If violence prevention is truly the goal, then court decisions should reflect that goal. If child safety is truly the priority, then families should see that priority reflected in outcomes. If public safety is truly the concern, then actions should align with the message.

The public has a right to ask whether the policies being promoted and the decisions being made are moving in the same direction or in opposite directions.

Accountability is not an attack on the judiciary. Accountability is how public trust is built.

Angie Pacheco, the community deserves transparency.

Before asking for more donations or funding, please provide a full public audit showing where the reported $1.5 million in donations and funding has gone.

Survivors keep saying they asked for help and did not receive it. So the question is fair: where is the money going?

Until there is transparency, accountability, and proof that funds are actually reaching survivors, this community should be asking serious questions before giving another dollar to domestic violence services of Benton and Franklin counties.

Spending the day at the park today and educating families about our justice system. Either they change their ways, or we will abolish family law; therefore, they will be unemployed and unemployable.👀

Update: The misinformation campaign has been downgraded to a disappearing act. The account vanished so fast I thought David Copperfield was running the page. 🎩🤣

You're going to see some bu****it going around, just know there's a reason Bronson Brown didn't even request for my son to come in to speak. My son will read all the bu****it one day and he'll decide what to do with it. $130,000 was paid to take him away from me to attorney Mason Pickett, who happens to be friends with Norma Rodriguez, and every other judge on that bench, and there are witnesses. This is why judges are suddenly recusing themselves. Martha I would be careful with what you post because you are running your mouth like you know.
