This past weekend, our AmeriCorps members had an absolute blast supporting our teammates at the 3rd Annual “Coed Better Together” Softball Tournament hosted by Elijah Family Homes. It was more than just a game—it was a celebration of community, collaboration, and the joy of being together under the sun. ☀️

A heartfelt thank you to Elijah Family Homes for inviting us to be part of this incredible event and for the opportunity to play, cheer, and connect with others likeminded. ☺️✨

✨ Sliding into service! 🥎 Our AmeriCorps Members have been hitting the field, designing jerseys, gathering donations, and getting game-ready for the Elijah Family Homes Softball Tourney. They’re not just playing ball—they’re showing up for their community with heart, hustle, and purpose! ❤️🫡🥎

To top it off, they got a special visit from Go Team Therapy Dogs of the Tri-Cities, who shared about their incredible work in the community. The visit was a much-needed moment of calm and connection—our members appreciated the chance to recharge and soak up some puppy love before their big weekend! 🥎🐶🐾

📦🍊 SERVING TOGETHER 🍊📦

This past week, our Serve Tri-Cities AmeriCorps Members rolled up their sleeves and made a difference—sorting over 11,000 pounds of onions and oranges at ! 💪🧅🍊

Every box packed was a step toward fighting food insecurity in our community. It was sweaty, a little tear-jerking (onions, of course 😅), but so worth it.

We’re grateful for the chance to serve alongside such passionate people who truly believe in the power of giving back.
Let’s keep showing up, doing good, and spreading hope—one crate at a time. 🧡
