Thanksgiving sides, weekly dinners, shared curries and girls retreat raspberry curd and diplomat cream tart

Hello!!!!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted because I’ve been busy and time completely got away from me!
We’ve had parties and special dinners, road trip snacks, surprise graduation events, anniversaries, holiday parties, made new friends and continue to grow.
Heartfelt thank you to all my clients past present and future and all of those that have supported me from afar!

When you discover that your niece requests a fruit tart for her birthday as you’re heading to the farmers market… you make her a pretty pretty tart, times two. In case she doesn’t want to share - love you girl

My very first for this last Saturday. The couple wanted a cake just for them and they paired it with 300 individual desserts for their guests. Almond sponge cake with a layer of pastry cream and crumbled crispy brown sugar bites with a custard buttercream for a crème brûlée inspired cake. Topped with fresh berries and flowers and dried grapefruit. Guests were treated to mini strawberry shortcakes, butterscotch with salted caramel budinos and GF fudge brownie bites.

I made it to around 2!

Gluten free butternut galette, with caramelized sweet onions, a creamy butternut purée, roasted butternut, toasted pecans and Gorgonzola crumbles in a flakey pastry dough brushed with sage infused brown butter, topped with fresh herbs and brown butter crispy sage leaves. Total experiment. Total delight.

Spring hits and it’s potato salad time! Have you tried roasting your potatoes first so they are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside?? Added corn bacon and green onions, with a sour cream herbed sauce, and it is perfection!

Because oatmeal doesn’t have to be boring! Oatmeal parfait with cinnamon orange yogurt, cherry lime syrup, Cara Cara oranges and crushed pistachios. A little chia and flax with the oatmeal itself and viola!

Last week was Insane- 14 deliveries! One customer got pan seared fresh halibut, with coconut jasmine rice, roasted asparagus and a tropical salad.
