A little of life between sirens lately…

I’m sure I’ll post many many more pictures in the coming days but I want to thank and for hosting a really lovely goodbye dinner with me this last Tuesday. And a massive thank you to all the lovely people who made it out ❤️ my heart is full. I love you guys.

Tuesday 2/10. One last party with me at ! Make a res. Come eat, drink and give me a hug for the road. Let’s make this one for the books!!! This place has been a home away from home for me during my time in LA and I am so happy to be celebrating the end of my fifteen years in LA with and and all of YOU. ❤️🍕❤️ I promise the pizza will look better than this one because Daniel is making it.😂

After 15 years here in Los Angeles, I’m packing up for a new adventure. I am full of love and gratitude for the experiences, lessons and relationships I’ve built here over the last decade and a half and excitement for the future. I am doing ONE LAST collab night with my dear friends at on February 10th to say goodbye to LA and serve up some hugs, along with arancini and “gaprao” pizza with an assist from my buddy 🐯 Book a table, come through and have a Gibson ❤️ - increasingly mushy posts and pics to come, I’m sure 😘

Happy Birthday to my wonderful mother ❤️ Colorado is lucky to have you and I am the luckiest to be your son. So happy to be able to celebrate you with Caiti and the boys today ❤️❤️❤️

Turns out pastrami, cornichons and whole grain mustard are really good on pizza; apple and cream go well with pumpkin, olives and onions are wonderful in a martini and it’s nice to have friends for dinner. Also hard to go wrong with Cary Grant and Grace Kelly

Playing around with Angeli dough, and cooking eggplants in tomato like Irini… ❤️🍕🍆

Happy Birthday to one of the best friends I’ve had in my life. We’ve seen each other through a pretty astounding amount of life changes in these past years. Watching you grow to become a wonderful husband and father has been such a joy and beautiful example to see. I am very lucky to have you as a friend ❤️

The most delicious thing I’ve had in some time. Short grain rice, chicken cooked long and slow in red wine, with vegetables, black limes and Aleppo from 🇮🇱, and some Jimmy Nardello peppers from seared and flamed with lime and a little mezcal for a tangy smoky contrast.
