Today, we remember the lives and memories that were forever changed. We honor the strength of survivors, the resilience of neighbors, volunteers, and the courage of first responders who fought through extreme winds and wildfire conditions to protect our communities.
While many have started to rebuild and recovery continues, some families and businesses are still facing long-term challenges. Their stories remind us that healing doesn’t happen in a day, a week, or even a year, but it does happen together.
As we pause to reflect, we recommit to supporting one another, strengthening preparedness, and building a safer, more resilient future.
