One of my go to breakfasts! I have this meal at least once a week. You have your protein in the eggs ๐ณ healthy fats from the avocado ๐ฅ your carbs from the potatoes ๐ฅ and fiber from the colorful bell peppers ๐ซ

Homemade tricolor-bean protein burger ๐๐ช๐ผ Although Iโm a fan of beyond/impossible burgers, the consumption of both should be limited since they are highly processed foods. These tricolor bean burgers are made purely of whole ingredients and they contain a ton of fiber, protein, and vitamins. Theyโre super easy to make, and can be stored in the freezer for later use.

This chickpea salad was so refreshing, nutritious, yet simple. You have your protein and carbs from the chickpeas, healthy fats from the avocado, olives, and olive oil. Full of fiber and colors. Nutritionist approved โ
