1.
We have a concise overview discussion with the client about the basics.
2. We work with the client and form a budget.
3. Along with the client we figure out a good base platform to build off of.
4. We decide what custom external furniture is needed to complete the style in which the client wants.
5. I create a virtual visual so the client may see the end result before the build is even starte
