Jesus experienced the cup of agony and understands what we endure. We can become over-familiar with the story of Christ’s sacrifice and fail to feel the gravity of what Jesus actually, historically suffered for humanity. On this Good Friday take a moment and reflect on the reality of His sufferings.

Jesus knows where we are. Jesus can handle our questions of why. And, Jesus hears each of us when we cry out. Yet, he makes a critical statement, “let this cup pass”(Luke 22:42) which many have debated about for centuries. What cup are you bearing that seems impossible?
