Do you know how your pool heater works?

One of the most common questions we get is "Why won't my pool heater fire up?"

One of the most common issues is a power supply issue, so check the breaker and ensure that there is power running to the unit. If everything is working there it could be that the pilot light could be out so you'll need to relight it. If the heater still won't fire up after that check your filter because built-up dirt and debris could be the issue.

The pool doesn't just have to be used during the day, add some lighting to your pool deck and be able to use the pool even if the sun goes down.

The freezing temperatures are here and we are sharing some tips about what you can do to make sure your pool and equipment make it through the freeze.

Protect The Pipes – Blow out and plug the plumbing to ensure there’s no water left in the pipes that can freeze and expand, potentially causing damage.
Cover The Pool – Invest in a quality cover to keep debris out and maintain the cleanliness of your water throughout the colder months. Secure the cover properly to prevent it from sagging into the water.
