I wanted to remind you all that I was once 325 lbs. it’s a true statistic that only 17% of those who lose over 100 lbs will maintain that weight loss. Here’s to 6 years of doing more than just maintaining baby!

I want that to motivate as many people as it can today! Eating and living healthy is tough but so is being stagnant and unhappy! Get to it!!

I have two mothers. One that birthed me, and the one that birthed my sister! I haven’t wanted to post about losing my mother as it is tender and hard to talk about but I needed to let people know what’s going on in the background! We lost my momma Linda just a few weeks ago and it’s been hard for me to process. But she is and will always be one of my first true loves along with the mother that birthed me she helped raise me, and showed the most pure love to me and all those lucky to be acquainted as family! I am only consoled in the fact you are no longer in suffering I love you to death and just wish I had more time in your presence! I will die for The women in these pictures, and I’ll join you one day MOMMA LINDA!
