Bondy Intermediate

There’s nothing quite like RIVALRY WEEK! ❤️💙🔥

Today’s pep rally had it all! Our band kept the energy going 🎺🥁, our Liberty Belles gave awesome performances, our cheerleaders brought the spirit 📣, and our Patriots had plenty of fun with games and competitions! We even had a few of our Patriot boys join the Belles for a performance — and they definitely committed to the routine! 😂👏

Now our Patriots are fired up and ready as both our football 🏈 and volleyball 🏐 teams take on our district rivals, Thompson Intermediate!

Good luck to all of our athletes this week! ❤️💙 LET’S GO, PATRIOTS!

WEDNESDAY! Be a twin in your Astros gear!

But if you do it Tuesday that's cool too! 🤣

👯❤️💙 Patriots, it’s time to make Thompson see DOUBLE! 👯

Grab a friend, coordinate those outfits, and get ready for TWIN DAY! Whether you’re perfectly matched from head to toe or just rocking the same Patriot colors, we want to see those twin looks! 😎

Then bring that same Patriot spirit as we take on the Thompson Lions! 🏈💪

📍 7th Grade: HOME — September 29
🚌 8th Grade: AWAY — September 30

And remember… Twin Day doesn’t mean double the chances to forget dress code! All outfits must follow campus dress code.

Let’s make them see double, Patriots! ❤️🤍💙

A SWEET Thank You!

A huge THANK YOU to Mi Tienda on Spencer for their incredibly generous donation of 200 delicious conchas to help Bondy Intermediate celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! 🥐🎉

We also want to give a special shoutout to our amazing Bondy parents and families who donated conchas as well. Your generosity and support helped make this celebration extra special for our students! We were also able to share conchas with our staff as well.❤️

We are so grateful to have such wonderful community partners and families who help us celebrate the cultures and traditions that make our Bondy community so special.

¡Gracias, Mi Tienda, and thank you to our Bondy families! ❤️🤍💙

🎶 Tumble outta bed and stumble to the kitchen… 🎶

But on 9/25, we had to work 9 to 5 the Dolly way! 💖🤠✨ Our Patriots had a little extra sparkle today as we celebrated Dolly Day with plenty of pink, denim, and country flair!

We couldn’t think of a better way to add a little fun to 9/25! 🤪🦋💗

🧹🏒 Science in motion!

Students in Mrs. Denham’s 8th Grade PAC Science class put their force and motion skills to the test today with a game of Broom Ball! Students explored Newton’s Laws through hands-on learning while working together to make observations and tackle challenging questions about the forces at work.

Learning is always more fun when you get to put science into action! 🔬💥

❤️🤍💙 What a night at Bondy! ❤️🤍💙

Tonight’s Open House & Parent Resource Fair was a huge success! Our families connected with 40+ community vendors, enjoyed a food truck and concessions, shopped the Book Fair, and—of course—visited classrooms and met their students’ teachers! 📚🧩

A HUGE thank you to our families, community partners, staff, and everyone who came out or helped make tonight possible. We are so grateful for the many people who continue to show up and support our Patriots! ❤️

Every Piece Matters—and tonight was a perfect example of that! 🧩

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH KARAOKE! 🎶🎤

What a fun way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Bondy! ❤️🤍💙

A HUGE Bondy shout-out to our amazing Assistant Choir Director, Kari Huber-Mendoza, for helping make our Hispanic Heritage Month Karaoke during lunches such a great experience!

We also want to give a special THANK YOU to our wonderful Bondy parent volunteers who gave their time to help us celebrate. We are so grateful for parents who jump in, participate, and help make special moments like these possible! ❤️

And, of course, a BIG round of applause for our brave and talented Bondy students who grabbed the microphone and sang in front of their classmates! You helped make our lunches a whole lot more fun!

Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate the music, culture, and joy of Hispanic Heritage Month!

See You At The Pole 2026!

What a special morning at Bondy! Students, staff, and members of our community gathered around our flagpole for See You at the Pole, an annual student-led event where students across the country gather before school for prayer and fellowship.

A huge thank you to the community members who came out this morning to support our students, South Main Baptist Church - Pasadena for providing donuts 🍩, and to the two members from New Day Pasadena Church who joined us and led this morning’s session. We are so grateful for the support of our Bondy community! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this morning so meaningful for our Patriots! ❤️🤍💙
