Phenomenal triumph in Montana when judge upholds Montana Constitution Article IX, § 1(1): “The state and each person shall maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment in Montana for present and future generations.” Yet ironic that we have to celebrate when humans are logical and spiritual to protect this paradise on Earth and avoid making it like hell by burning the fire and brimstone of fossil fools. Yes, fossil fuels are needed to make the transition but it should be the last resort and all energy sources should have to compete fairly with all externalities considered.
