Also I’ll be bringing out a birria pupusa. Which is the house made birria and consomme. Shop opens up at 5:30pm till sold out. Here goes my version of yuca frita. I leaned towards a bit of French Canadian influences on this. Traditionally yuca frita can be served with a dry chicharron or a braised tomato stew and garnished with curtido,tomatoes and cucumbers. I decided to do a confit pork with black pepper gravy like a poutine. The curtido and garnish still remain traditional to my Salvadoran roots.
