This past Sunday IBEW Local 11 and EWMC proudly marched in the 56th Annual L.A. Pride Parade, walking together in solidarity. The Labor movement is at its strongest when everyone is welcomed, respected and empowered. We believe that every worker deserves dignity, equality and the freedom to be their authentic self on the job and in our communities.
Thank you to everyone who marched volunteered and cheered us on. We are proud to represent IBEW Local 11 and EWMC as we continue to build a stronger more inclusive future for all.
Happy Pride🌈✊⚡️

Your contract, your vote. Don't miss it.

This Saturday, Inside Wireman and ITS members come together to review the proposed agreement before it goes to a vote. This is your chance to hear directly from leadership, ask questions, and understand what's on the table.

Contract terms. Benefits. Voting information. It's all on the agenda.

🔥 The stakes are high IBEW Local 11 members! AB 1751 is a bill in Sacramento that threatens to our livelihoods and families. Slashing wages and eliminating benefits means stress and uncertainty for our loved ones. We need all members to take action NOW: Go to StopAB1751.com and make your voice heard!

Over a three-day span, members, staff, and international reps all came together for a blitz in the Los Angeles area Local 11 jurisdiction of certified electricians. Over 650 doors were knocked on, flyers were passed out, and information and education were spread. This is how we create strong union density. This is how we create a bigger market share, because solidarity is not just a sticker on a hardhat, it's not just a T-shirt, and it's not even a social media post. Solidarity is showing up. Solidarity is helping organize a non-union contractor or an unrepresented electrician. Solidarity is attending meetings and supporting fellow members when they need us. Thank you to all who showed up and donated their time to a great cause to strengthen our local union.

A big shout out to the Local Local 11 Organizing Department for orchestrating this big event!
