Another beautiful renovation on this pool & hot tub in Severna Park. I have to give a big shout out to the homeowner on this tile he installed on the perimeter of the pool. He did an amazing job ! We did the glass tile on the steps & Spa bench and plastered the pool. This pool was a black 4m finish before & we resurfaced with a super blue diamond bright. This is your reminder not to buy the cheapest cover the store or online supplier offers.this customer was pumping rain water off of his cover to prepare for the opening of the pool from us & he was pumping water from his pool the whole time. The reason for this is cheap covers have next to no weave in them. When weight gets on the cover it expands & contracts and opens the weave allowing water to seep up from the pool. Next thing you know you have an empty pool and youre replacing the liner. What you saved on the cover cost you 1000 times more.

Plaster, tile & coping . After draining this pool we found over 3/4 of the plaster was hollow. Pool was plastered sone time ago , but had no bond coat put on prior to the plaster job which caused all the plaster to pop. We had to tear all the plaster out and fix the issue.
