2023–2026 is now the longest consecutive run of fully electrified festival production in the United States - and it started with a single stage.

For the second year in a row, Overdrive partnered with / to bring sustainable power to two iconic May festivals at Brookside at the Rose Bowl: and . These shows aren’t just celebrations of music and culture—they’re proving grounds for what the next era of live events can look like.

For the third year in a row, Overdrive Energy Solutions returned to the desert—proving that sustainable power doesn’t just work at scale, it thrives under pressure.

At Coachella/Stagecoach 2025, we delivered 38 straight days of diesel-free power in peak conditions, with temperatures soaring above 105°F. No fumes. No compromises. Just clean, intelligent energy doing exactly what it’s designed to do.

This year marked a major step forward:

After beginning the year supporting communities during the —we kicked up our boots for the start of festival season .

has a way of feeling like home the moment you arrive, and for the third year in a row, this corner of Texas reminded us why live events can be powerful forces for good.

At Luck Reunion, Overdrive helped cut nearly 1,000 gallons of diesel, preventing more than 7 metric tons of CO2e emissions, while powering the festival with clean, intelligent energy systems. In partnership with ’s DecarbonizationProject, we worked alongside the Luck team to deploy battery systems, solar power, and efficiency-first solutions across this uniquely beautiful venue.

For 13 years, Luck Reunion has curated one of the best independent festivals around—and over the past three, it’s become a leader in sustainability. Diesel-free. Better for artists, fans, and the land it calls home.

OVR2025 Rewind: Looking Back, and Moving Forward


As wrap up our reflections on the , the impact of portable, clean power is undeniable. A city that began the year suffering unprecedented loss, came together one zip code at a time and Overdrive was proud to be there. 

Our gear answered the call off-season, working overtime to support both first responders and communities in need. From to to , we deployed temporary energy infrastructure quickly in high-stress environments avoiding 22,000 metric tons of CO2 and 3,000 gallons of diesel. We helped families come together and firefighters keep the lights on. 

Recognition for our efforts from the first responders on the frontlines has fueled our work across 2025. We head into the holidays grateful for the resilience of and steadfast in our mission to provide provide power wherever and whenever it is needed most.
