Celebrating 60 Years of Greener Pest Control
Happy Earth Day! For 60 years, our company has been serving NY businesses with pest control that’s smarter, cleaner, and kinder to the planet. How? By embracing Integrated Pest Management (IPM)—an approach that trades toxic chemicals for eco-friendly and physical methods to keep pests at bay.
Here are a few of our favorite techniques that make us team green all the way:
• Pheromone Traps: Using nature’s signals to outsmart pests instead of blasting them with harmful substances.
• Exclusion Methods: Sealing up entry points so pests don’t even get a chance to move in. If you stop them at the door, they don’t need an eviction notice later.
• Eco-Conscious Solutions: Think precision-targeted treatments that minimize environmental impact, because nobody wants collateral damage on nature’s big day.
Earth Day is the perfect time to remind ourselves that pest control isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about doing so in a way that protects businesses and the planet. So, while we’re keeping rodents out, we’re keeping the balance of nature in.
To our clients and partners, thank you for joining us in creating a healthier, greener tomorrow.
Let’s celebrate Earth Day by continuing to protect the ecosystems that make our planet amazing.

Start Your Engines—NYIAS is Back This Week!
The New York International Auto Show kicks off this week at the iconic Javits Center, where car lovers, tech enthusiasts, and future-forward dreamers gather to see what’s next on four wheels. From sleek electric vehicles to wild concept cars, it’s a celebration of innovation and design.
Speaking of Design here is a Fun Fact About the Javits Center:
In 2015, the Javits Center in NYC decided to save the day (and about a million birds). Here’s what they did:
• Swapped 6,000 glass panels for bird-friendly ones. Result? 95% fewer collisions.
• NYC’s Local Law 15 now mandates bird-friendly design, but Javits was 10 years ahead of the curve.
• Transformed a 6.75-acre rooftop into a wildlife paradise—complete with a farm.
This April, while you’re checking out everything that the New York Auto Show has to offer, take a moment to appreciate the Javits Center’s innovative efforts.
It’s Earth Day season—what better time to make bird-friendly architecture the rule, not the exception?

Had an insightful time at the BOMA MidAtlantic Conference hosted by NY last week! It’s always great to connect with the experts in the commercial real estate world, especially when it comes to finding creative, sustainable solutions for properties. With an emphasis on the business cases for energy and building improvements, the discussions were full of new ideas and inspiration. And thanks for amazing behind the scenes looks of NYC landmarks!
While Bell Bird Control was there to touch on keeping buildings free from bird damage and disease... a big shout-out to Alveole on their work with honey bees! We appreciate the led by panel by Code Green its dedication to energy-efficient solutions. Thanks to the NYBC for its incredible work in saving lives. It's a reminder that protecting our environments—whether it’s with bird control, energy efficiency, and supporting essential causes —helps us all thrive.
And of course, a huge congratulations to the award winners! Your hard work and dedication to excellence in the commercial real estate industry are truly inspiring. Keep soaring high!
Looking forward to the next chance to collaborate!
