Does anybody else feel like the latex community is less like a community and more of an elite exclusive gatekeeping squad of individuals who won't talk to or engage with newcomers since they're not "popular?" It's giving "you can't sit with us" and it's pretty depressing. There are exceptions, but it's become very apparent to me lately. I'm not about that.
