We recently improved the back stairs for a client at his rental, the back stairs were being pushed over due to wash out so we restructured the retaining wall w/extra support and height . We then built a new platform for comfort and ease rather than a long staircase , I think it looks great as well w/ the added dimension

Some before and afters of a deck renovation we finished up for some great clients who wanted their view back. We had to go up a level and add new access from their loft game room!
We cut out roof from second level porch , added a French door and built a beautiful 20’ 3rd level covered deck for relaxing while taking in the beautiful Mountain View’s

Another beautiful deck project over the last couple days.
Poured some nice footers, boxed in the Mr.cool lines with a removable custom box to match the home and built the 5x10 deck with hogwire railing system

Stripped down this old rotten deck to find rotted sill plates and triple beams
We jacked up the house and replaced it all the right way, flashed and new footers this project took us only a few days and it’s a beauty and safe for the family to enjoy the front porch again
