I sat down to press a bunch of mugs. But in doing so, I couldn't help but realize it's time that I revamp my artwork for them. The majority of the art on my mugs and a few of my older stickers I drew in ibisPaint X with my old Samsung Note 20 🤣🤣🤣. Embarrassing I know, but a girl had to work with what she had available at the time. So I'm taking a little time this week to redo some of this old mug artwork. Gonna add in more detail and clean up chunky lines and just generally make them much better than the old versions, that I drew on my old phone.
Ohhh yeah and it's come to my attention lately that people assume because something is drawn digitally that it is AI.... Rest assured my artwork is not AI it is all my own... drawn annoyingly slow with my own two hands during the time that my brain actually gives me the dopamine to actually focus on artwork and be creative.
With that said It is my goal this year to start doing some more traditional art and get back to my roots with doing some original drawings and paintings. I have a list of things I have been dying to draw, so that will be a nice change. Could be a welcomed distraction after my next surgery this summer.
Anywho back to the drawing board, literally. Hope everybody is doing as wonderful as possible in these trying times . And I will see you all in July at The Oddities and Curiosities Expo in Detroit 😊

First off I want to say what I great time I had on Saturday at the Allentown Pgh Night Market ....always a blast to vend their events, the vibes are outstanding.
Unfortunately that was most likely my last event I will be vending this year, because yesterday I got a knee replacement and I will be out of commission for a little while. But don't fret I have a lot of inventory that I will be putting up on my website Hopefully within the next week and a half, once I'm able to hobble my butt down my stairs to my studio. Plus I am working on some new items for a Holiday launch this year that I'm super excited about. Sucks that I'm I'm out of a vending game for a little while. But that gives me time to focus on my website and getting all kinds of new goodies up there for you guys. 😊

I wanted to take a minute to talk about how wildly amazing the turnout was last night at The Old Brooklyn Night Faire. Holy crap Cleveland showed out in force. It just shows how much an event like this was needed in our community. Thank you so much to for putting on such a fantastic event. Your hard work really showed last night. So glad I got to be a part of it. And thank you so much to everybody who stopped by my booth last night either to say hi or to pick up some art . You guys cleaned me out, I have a lot of work to do before my next show now. What a great evening!!!!!

Out with the old and in with the new. Replacing my small ghost shadow boxes with this new sculpt that I feel show cases my abilities a little better. Making a mold of it tonight so that I can have a couple available this Saturday at the First Annual Old Brooklyn Night Faire hosted by The Miscreant & The Muse .

And so many people have said I wish you had that on a mug. So last month I drew up this new illustration for just that. I am beyond excited for this. So stoked that we'll finally have a local night market in our area especially because it's in a cemetery.... and bonus points because it's 10 minutes away from me.
