Sold on Caryl Drive in Bedford!

This one came together in a multiple offer situation, which always makes things a little more interesting. My buyer ended up being the one to secure it and I am so happy for him.

He moved to Ohio from New Jersey earlier this year and I had the chance to work with him and his sister throughout the purchase process. It was a great reminder that a move does not have to happen all at once. Sometimes you land somewhere first and find the right home a little after.

Congrats on the new home and the fresh start here in Ohio!

Monday was closing day for a family I've absolutely loved working with.

They bought their new home last year and spent months making it truly theirs through a full remodel. Once it was ready, they moved out of their old home just before we got it listed, and this week, this gorgeous kitchen (and more!) officially belongs to someone else.

We listed their previous home on a Thursday. By Sunday, they had chosen an offer after 34 showings in just a few days. We closed at $30,100 over asking price.

Getting to watch a family move through the whole process, buying, renovating, then finally letting go of the old place, has been one of my favorite transactions this year.

Catching my breath long enough to share this one!

Listed last Thursday, had a packed showing schedule all weekend, offer chosen last Sunday and officially under contract last Monday.

Details coming once we close!

This home has had a lot of activity since hitting the market yesterday and it is easy to see why!

A brick Cape Cod in Brecksville on a half-acre lot. Renovated kitchen with white cabinetry, pull-out shelves, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have been fully updated too. Two bedrooms on the main floor and two more upstairs. The finished basement has a bar with stone counters, a full bath and a bonus room that could work as a home office, guest space or whatever you need.

If you know someone who has been looking in the area, please pass this opportunity along.

Better late than never on sharing this one, sold in April. Life got busy and this closing deserved a moment.

This was a long-time family home and it was clear how much care went into it over the years. Real pride of ownership in every corner.

The sellers had already moved on before closing, so I made it a point to check in on the home regularly until it sold. Just part of making sure everything stays in good shape for the next family.

The sellers even left behind their Amish-made oak table waiting for the next family to gather around it.

Congratulations to everyone involved. Wishing the new owners so many good memories in this home.

Real estate doesn't really take holidays. We had showings through Easter weekend and got to an accepted offer.

One of the hardest parts of selling is letting strangers walk through a place that holds so many memories. That part is real and I get why sellers want to know what buyers are saying.

But watching your Ring footage during showings usually creates more stress than it's worth.

Buyers say everything out loud while they're walking through a home. Every thought, every reaction, even things they don't actually care about ten minutes later. I've seen buyers comment on paint colors, cabinet styles, room sizes and still go home and write the offer.

The best thing you can do while a showing is happening? Close the app. Go grab a coffee. Let me handle the feedback when it comes in.
