2 new baby calves this week. One on Sunday and one Today! We think they’re boys. How cute are they!! Thankful they both had an uneventful delivery.

Now is the time to make your Fall Beef Reservation! Whole, Half & Quarter Orders need to be placed no later than September 20th for an October 11-12th pickup date.
Our Angus/Charlois Beef is pasture raised on our pasturelands in Parker and supplemented with a 20% Locally Sourced Grain Diet. We Dry-Age your Beef for 14-21 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness. Yum! Prices include custom cuts, packaging at our very own state inspected Butcher Shop. Place your Reservation today 🙂

We love having the puppies in the garden with us early in the morning. Buddy Bear always hangs out with us in the green bean rows 🙂

Tomatillos! The GREEN behind GREEN CHILI.
Grown with the husk on them, which you peel off when preparing. Looks like this year they will be ready about the same time as our jalapeños. My plan worked out well this time! 🤗

The Kentucky Wonder Pole Bean

Majestic is the word that comes to my mind when I look up at these beautiful wonders. A slow grower with a longer season than the bush beans. They produce the longest green beans I’ve ever seen! Sweet, nutty, tender, mild flavor. TODAY was the first of many more harvests ❤️

After all the craziness of a day on the ranch, it’s time well spent to take a walk with the family and puppies and stop and smell the flowers. 🌺

So exciting to see all the cucumbers, squash, pumpkins, watermelon & cantaloupe sprouting. 🤗 We start these in our hot room and are transplanted last (just a few more weeks)
