Spent 3 hours repairing a inverter today. Reminder: don’t focus only on the initial investment. This inverter is throwing errors just 6 years after install — the second one.

And is horrible. After a 40-minute hold I was connected to an arrogant rep with questionable knowledge and zero customer service skills. Second time in 3 days.
