Carrying kids, desk time, travel… sound familiar? Stop putting yourself at the bottom of the to-do list. 🤍

Today is your LAST chance to get your adjustment in before our office break!

We’ll be closed October 5–12 and back to regular hours Tuesday, October 13.

Give us a call to get in today! Can’t wait to see you all!

Traveling with the whole family is fun… but the long rides, carrying bags, and sleeping in different beds had us all feeling it 😂

We all went to Family Tree for adjustments after our trip and felt so much better! An adjustment may help ease back stiffness, make it more comfortable to move, and give you a chance to talk through any new aches after traveling.

The whole family needed that post vacation reset 🤍

Get your adjustments in this week! 💜

Our office will be closed October 5–12, and we’ll resume regular hours on Tuesday, October 13. Give us a call to get on the schedule before we’re out!! See you soon!

Dr. Whitney spent last weekend in Kansas City speaking, mentoring, learning, and connecting with other chiropractors from across the country! 💜

And to top it all off, she was named one of the Top 25 Chiropractic Doctors in the country again this year! 👏

We are beyond proud of her dedication to growing, leading, and continuing to provide the very best care for our Family Tree families!

Apparently lifting, holding, and adjusting babies + kids all day comes with some unexpected benefits. 💪😂

Woke up this morning and BAM. Gains.

Who knew years wrangling toddlers, holding babies, and taking care of tiny spines would finally pay off like this? 😂

Obviously the muscles are satire. 😉

But the care we provide for your kiddos absolutely isn’t.

At Family Tree Chiropractic, our neurologically focused chiropractic game really is this strong. 💪💜

Our approach is gentle, specific, and designed for every stage of life.. from brand-new babies to growing kids, pregnant mamas, parents, and grandparents.

The muscles may be AI…
but our love for taking care of your family is 100% real. 💜

Hope. Answers. Help.

As many of our patients already know, Family Tree Chiropractic will be closed October 5–12 because we’re heading to Peru! 🇵🇪

We’ll be traveling with five other chiropractic couples from across the country, and we’re so excited to experience everything Peru has to offer—the culture, the food, the people, and of course, Machu Picchu! ⛰️
But one of the parts of this trip we’re most looking forward to has nothing to do with sightseeing.
During our time in Peru, we’ll be visiting an all-girls school, spending time with the girls, hearing their stories, and bringing along some things that we hope will make a small difference. Our group has been collecting school supplies, personal hygiene products, clothing, and other necessities to donate during our visit.

One of the women traveling with us had already secured toothbrushes, so Dr. Whitney reached out to Dr. Schultz at Schultz Family Dentistry to see if she might be willing to donate some floss.

She didn’t hesitate.

And apparently when Dr. Schultz donates floss… she DONATES floss. 😂🦷

We officially have floss galore to take to Peru!

Dr. Schultz, thank you so much for your generosity and for helping us bring a little extra love (and a LOT of floss!) with us. We truly appreciate your kindness. ❤️
Peru, here we come! 🇵🇪✈️

🎉 11 YEARS OF FAMILY TREE CHIROPRACTIC! 🎉

Today, FTC turns 11 years old. 💜🌳

Eleven years ago, Family Tree Chiropractic opened its doors with a vision: to create a place where families felt seen, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Since then, we’ve had the incredible privilege of caring for thousands of people through so many different seasons of life.

We’ve adjusted brand-new babies just days old.
Watched those babies become toddlers, big kids, and athletes.
Cared for moms through pregnancy and postpartum.
Adjusted parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents.
And in some families, we now have 3 and 4 generations under care. 🥹

FTC has grown and changed a lot over the last 11 years—and so have I. I’ve become a wife and a mom, continued my education, traveled the country teaching and mentoring other chiropractors, and somehow gotten to come back every week and do the thing I still love most: take care of families.

None of this exists without the people who have trusted us with their health and, even more importantly, trusted us with the people they love.

Every referral.
Every Google review.
Every baby you’ve handed me.
Every friend or family member you’ve sent through our doors.
Every time you’ve told someone, “You need to go see Dr. Whitney.”

I don't take any of it for granted.

To our incredible FTC team, our patients who have been here since the beginning, and every family who has joined our Family Tree somewhere along the way—

THANK YOU for 11 amazing years. 💜

Here’s to year 12 and continuing to grow this Family Tree. 🌳

Happy Anniversary, FTC! 🎉

Things we don’t care about at Family Tree Chiropractic 💜

Your kids acting like kids.
Your baby needing to eat or be changed.
Bringing the whole crew.
Needing a minute.
Oversharing during your appointment. 😂

Life is busy, motherhood is unpredictable, and we completely understand. Come exactly as you are. Our office is a safe, welcoming space for your entire family, and we’re always so happy you’re here. 💜
