You NEED to hear this..

➝ I walked away because I love myself.
➝ I walked away because I love my children.
➝ I walked away because I respect myself.
➝ I walked away because I respect my children.
➝ I walked away because I want my children to walk away from situations that no longer serve them.
➝ I walked away because I deserve more.
➝ I walked away because my children deserve more.
➝ I walked away because I knew it was the right decision for me and my family.
➝ I walked away because if not now then WHEN!

Walking away from my corporate career may have been difficult and scary, but staying in a place where I was not valued like I deserve to be scared me even more. KNOW YOUR WORTH WOMAN and start planning your exit. This was part of my vision for 2022. Remember, we get to co-create our experience with divine intelligence. Be intentional and your path will reveal itself to you.

Someone needs to say it..

Sending a HUGE thank you to the managers that lacked the skillset to lead and mentor me. I would not be where I am today without you.

I would still be stuck in groundhog day, dreading Monday mornings. What a beautiful lesson and mirror you were for me. I sincerely am grateful.

Thank you! I will soon share my exist story on my podcast, stay tuned, it was such a magical journey, but not in the way you'd expect.

Drop a 👏 if you want me to send you the link once the episode drops.

We create our reality, remember this, even when we think we are not, we are haphazardly creating. So if you are half-assing in your creating process, don’t be mad when you have half-ass results 😜

“Don’t fear moving slowly forward, fear standing still.”

I'm not one to make a big deal about today. I've always had a hard time receiving. I often wonder at what point in my life did receiving become a negative in my book, to the point that I almost feel shame and want to avoid it at all cost. Anyone else feel this way? Over the years I have worked on things like just saying thank you when someone gives me a compliment, that was hard too.

But you know what I decided? I decided that today is going to be different. Today I am going to take a moment and celebrate ME because people, I am pretty damn awesome and if you know me personally, you KNOW what I'm talking about. So raise a glass (of water), do a lap, share a rainbow or just make sarcastic comments all day long in my honor because today is the day I made my debut into this beautiful and amazing world, this density and this life. The Happiest of Birthdays to the Best and the Worst of me because if I were missing just one piece, one part, I would not be me. Here's to another amazing year. Here’s to me trying to take a decent pic 🤣 Life is beautiful and so are you.

Remember when I asked you guys to vote on these? Well, I am finally sharing. Sorry I took forever. The winner was the dark design, but truth be told, I prefer the light one. I like how it feels more fun and playful and how the highlight seems a bit sharper on the word 'glow' I also prefer typography alone. I like that it’s not so obvious. What about you, which do you prefer? Swipe to see them all. @ Park Ridge, Illinois

Do these programs really work? 🤦‍♀️

I get asked this question every now and then. It will almost always be accompanied by "I workout at least an hour a day, but haven't seen results. How can 30 minutes be enough?"

There are so many variables that are part of this equation, but I will tell you almost without a doubt that the above is missing a very key piece of the puzzle. Can you guess what it is?

If you said nutrition, ding ding, you are correct. You will never ever out-train a bad diet. If you don't have your food figured out, don't worry, I can help you with that. When you join our bootcamps, a nutrition plan is part of the deal, as well as tools to help you figure out your portions. Drop and emoji and I'll send you the deets.

Now you tell me if these programs really work based on my progress 😜
