The Park Ridge Memorial Day Parade steps off Monday, May 25 at 10:00am from South Park. Join us along the route to honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Multiple scout troops in Park Ridge started the Memorial Day weekend this morning by placing American flags by each veteran’s grave at Town of Maine Cemetery. For some scouts, this was their first time out honoring veterans. For others, they have been performing this time honored tradition since they were in kindergarten and first grade. In photo from left to right: Renee, Lila, Edward, and John, Park Ridge scouts. Seated is John Prochaska – John is a veteran and American Legion leader that has helped our scouts honor veterans for the past 40 years. (A special thank you to Mike Adams at Town of Maine Cemetery for making the cemetery look especially beautiful to honor our veterans this special weekend.)
