I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some important news that may come as a bit of a shock to some of you in our Tiny Souls Rattery community. Due to some medical issues I’m currently facing, I’ve made the decision to stop breeding. While I’m unable to hold a regular job at the moment, I’m focusing on building my own business and have just gotten my website up and running.

Because of these changes, I’ll be placing my current stock with other trusted breeders, and I know they’ll be well cared for. I do however have a trio of older girls still looking for a home, and they’ll be offered at a discounted rate. These will be the very last of the rats from Tiny Souls—hopefully not forever, but for now.

This is 8 generations for my Merle line ❤️
This line started in '21 from my then Dalmatian line. I know it doesn't look like much but to me it looks like all of my hard work is finally paying off 🥹 They are my heart line and no other line could ever come close 🥰

Side note (the other 2 lines in my Rattery are in some way related to this line except the 3rd that will be soon as well)

For everyone waiting we have babies!
They of course decided that I only needed 2 females in this litter so they both will be held back. The good news is I paired multiple females this time around so I am expecting a few more litters soon.

Update: I had to wait to pair because we will be going out of state for my Aunt's celebration of life and did not want to miss the mother's birthing. I have already paired today so hopefully babies in a few weeks. I understand that some that were waiting will have since moved on but when I contact you please just be as quick as possible with your replies so I know who is still needing babies and who isn't. I'm hoping everything can run as smoothly as possible. Thank you all 🤗

Ps. Previous adopters who contacted me looking for babies will be the FIRST priority. So when the announcement of the birth of litters are posted please contact me again to make sure that you are on the list.

I want to express my gratitude to the adopters and breeders who have reached out to me over the past few weeks, and I appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. This year has been difficult, and the recent loss of my aunt to cancer has been a significant challenge. Since visiting her for the last time almost a month ago, I knew her time was limited, but receiving the news was still devastating. Balancing my personal life and the Rattery has been difficult, leading to a slowdown in breeding activities. Nevertheless, I have some availability and will be posting updates over the weekend. Although plans changed, I will be pairing again shortly for those who have been waiting. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. 🙏🏼❤️

As we prepare to launch our business in 2025, we will be shifting our primary focus towards this new venture.

Consequently, we are implementing significant changes to the Rattery's operations. While our commitment to our mission remains unwavering, we will be substantially scaling back our breeding program to cater exclusively to internal needs, resulting in a reduced number of litters available annually.

As a result, adoption opportunities will be extended primarily to previous adopters, who have consistently demonstrated exceptional care for our animals. This will take effect once all available rats are spoken for or 2/2/25 whichever comes first ❤️

The available babies and older ratties that are available will be posted the beginning of January do to the busyness of the Holidays.
